Birmingham-based ad and design agency Clevercherry has bolstered its Jewellery Quarter team with a new head of creative and a brace of account managers.

Adam Bicknell has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked at a number agencies including McCann Erickson, WAA and Chapter.

He will be responsible for developing both Clevercherry's creative output and skills.

Also joining the 30-strong team as senior account managers are Amy Whitlock and Sophie Walton who are tasked with overseeing projects for a number of clients including Cameron Homes, Yale and Stuart Turner Pumps

Clevercherry director Dave Shaw said: "Adam brings with him a strong industry background and a wealth of expertise and will help to further raise the agency's creative standards and develop our teams.

"Adam's record of winning pitches and awards will also be invaluable in helping us secure new business."

Mr Bicknell added: "The opportunity to lead the creative department of a fast-growing, established and innovative agency was one that I jumped at.
