Canadian coffee giant Tim Hortons is opening on New Street and the first person in the queue will get a year's supply of free coffee.
The coffee chain, famous for its mini doughnuts called Timbits, will also be giving away free lunches to the first 100 people in the queue.
The shop, on the corner of New Street and Temple Street, is opening on November 22.
They will have a breakfast and lunch menu with sandwiches, wraps and paninis and toasties which are all made to order.
But just what is Tim Hortons? Find out in the video below:
It will join the latest in a long line of new and established coffee shops in the city centre.
Kevin Hydes, chief finance and commercial officer of the Tim Hortons UK franchise, said: "We are excited to be opening the doors to our brand new restaurant in the heart of Birmingham city centre.
"There has been a huge demand for Tim Hortons in the Midlands so we are looking forward to bringing a little piece of Canada to this fantastic city and welcoming new guests to Tim Hortons."
The first Tim Hortons in the UK opened its doors in Glasgow in June 2017 with fans travelling from across the country and queuing overnight to sample the brand's famed coffee and baked goods.
As Tim Hortons rolls out nationwide, a further 17 restaurants are now serving guests in and around Glasgow, Cardiff, Manchester and Belfast with excitement levels showing no signs of dropping.
