A book celebrating some of the history of Clifford Chambers in Warwickshire is being launched at the village hall tomorrow (Saturday 16) night.
Round The Square & Up The Tower is packed full of articles, poetry and 100 illustrations about places and people that are significant to Clifford Chambers.
With a foreword by Vanessa Whitburn, former editor of The Archers, the book has been commissioned and published by Hosking Houses Trust.
The Trust offers residences at Church Cottage on the Square in the village for women writers over the age of 40 looking for a place of solitude to complete literary projects. The book is in support of their work.
The launch will take place from 7.30 for 8pm.
