Bina Ganatra, Chair of the BYPY Committee, said: “I am completely blown away by the talent we’ve seen as part of the nominations and sifting process – this is, without a doubt, one of the strongest and most competitive years for BYPY.

“Each sector welcomed a strong calibre of candidates, which made the final shortlisting extremely difficult. It’s a great problem to have and demonstrates the strength of the region’s business and professional services community.

“The next stage is the interview process, which can be daunting to these young professionals. Ultimately, the judges are looking for people who are great at what they do, have a passion for Birmingham, and bring those two things together to make a difference. I can’t wait for 12 May!”
