A 16-year-old was recovering in hospital last night after he was shot in the stomach and arm by gunmen.
The incident was thought to have happened at about 1.20am yesterday morning in Rodney Close, Ladywood.
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Police said it appeared a car had pulled up and several of offenders had got out, firing a number of shots. Officers carried out forensic examinations of the scene recovered several bullet casings.
The teenager's condition is noth thought to be life-threatening.
