Fiery Jo Cameron has been booted off The Apprentice after a record four appearances in the board-room.
The 35-year-old cried after she was fired by Sir Alan Sugar.
Jo, from Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, has got her rival apprentices' backs up over recent weeks.
But until now, she has survived on the BBC2 show by the skin of her teeth, despite Sir Alan calling her "a nutter".
This week, team leader Ansell Henry brought in Samuel Judah and Jo to face the boss after they failed in their task.
Jo tried to defend herself, saying: "I'm happy to go out of this room on the basis of being crap, but I don't think I should go."
The contestants have been competing for a £100,000-a-year job with tycoon Sir Alan.
