Two robbers tipped a man from his wheelchair when they attacked him and stole his mobile phone, police said today.
He was kicked in the face by a man and woman who left him lying in the street in Swansea city centre, South Wales, after a night out.
The 32-year-old, who has not been named, was visiting Swansea from southern Ireland where he has since returned.
