A collection of war medals has been stolen from a house in Birmingham.
Six medals, some dating to the Boer War, were taken as well as a camcorder, a mobile phone and a white gold wedding ring.
The burglary happened between 8pm on February 12 and 4am on February 13, in St Chad's Road, Rubery, according to police.
Detective Constable Steve Pritchett from Bromsgrove CID said: "These medals have been in the family for generations and are of great sentimental value to the owner.
"They are very distinctive items and we are urging anyone with information on their current whereabouts or who feels they have seen them for sale since they were stolen to pass this on to police as soon as possible.
"Equally if you recall seeing any unusual activity in the St Chad's Road area of Rubery between Friday 12 and Saturday 13 February please let us know."
Anyone with information should call Bromsgrove CID on 03003 333 000.
