Warwickshire Police have charged two men with the murder of a 29-year-old man who died in hospital after a violent incident near a Coleshill pub.

Officers said Adam Michael Bache, of Fordbridge, Solihull, and James Phillip MacDonald, from nearby Smith's Wood, had both been charged with killing Dean Brayson.

A police spokesman said Bache, 34, and MacDonald, 28, would appear before magistrates at Stratford-upon-Avon later on Friday.

Mr Brayson died in hospital on November 26 as a result of head injuries sustained in two incidents in Coleshill on November 8.

A 26-year-old man and a 50-year-old man who were arrested in connection with the incident remain on bail pending further police enquiries.
