Three men have been arrested following an armed robbery at a Warwick antiques shop.

The shopkeeper was tied up and held at gunpoint at Russell Lane Antiques, in High Street, at 4.30pm on February 24.

He was forced to lie on the floor while robbers stole gold, cash and jewellery.

The trio were arrested in Leamington Spa on suspicion of armed robbery on Monday.

Two of the men, aged 18 and 19, were quizzed by police and have been released on bail. Police are continuing to question a 23-year-old.

A large quantity of jewellery, believed to be linked to the robbery, was discovered by police in Harborne, Birmingham, on Monday.
