The third and final restaurant to join Spiceal Street at the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham has been announced as ChaoBaby.
The Thai restaurant, which will take unit 2 at Spiceal Street, is owned by the Chaophraya restaurant group and will be the first of the group’s restaurants to open in the Midlands.
ChaoBaby will be set across two levels offering outdoor seating on both tiers and diners can watch live food theatre as the restaurant will boast an open kitchen, whilst also offering a signature large saltwater jellyfish tank.
Louise Hitch, of Chaophraya Restaurant Group, said: "As every river has its own pattern and personality so each of our restaurants has its own characters and style.
"Launching the restaurant on Spiceal Street in the Bullring marks the start of a very exciting new journey for us”
Spiceal Street will see the St Martin’s Square area transformed into a new dining quarter. Three new restaurant units will join the existing five restaurants in the area with the addition of a new water feature, green wall and piece of public art.
ChaoBaby will join Browns Bar & Brasserie and Handmade Burger Co at Spiceal Street and the development is due to open this winter with a series of events lined up to help create a dining and entertainment hub.
