Student accommodation supplier Unite is planning a Birmingham boom. Unite has already been involved in developments in the city with investment values totalling around £50 million, serving Aston University and Birmingham University students. MD Tim Mitchell now says the market needs 1,000 more bespoke beds in Selly Oak and nearer to the city in Five Ways.
