Dear Editor, Proof, if any was needed that Gordon Brown lives on a planet other than Earth, comes in comments he made and which you reported on March 31 (Brown steps in to ease pressure over porn expenses).

Gordon Brown described Jacqui Smith’s use of Commons expenses to satisfy her husbands needs of a sexual nature (that’s what pornographic films are for, aren’t they?) while she’s not at her second home, as a “personal matter”.

Sorry Mr Brown – that’s taxpayers’ money they are squandering.

Richard Timney didn’t accidently make a mistake when claiming £10 on expenses for his grubby little films. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Mr. Timney works for his wife on a salary of £44,000, so why hasn’t she sackedhim?

Fiddling expenses is a serious matter and I demand his resignation for misappropriating my honestly earned income tax contributions.
