A man and a teenager in Birmingham have been charged with assault after an incident at a takeaway which left 13 people injured.
The injured people were allegedly sprayed with a substance at Mr Egg, in Hurst Street, in the early hours of November 29.
One of them, a 20-year-old man, was taken to hospital.
West Midlands Police said they charged the pair with grievous bodily harm and assault.
The man, 39, and the boy, 16, were given police bail to appear before magistrates in Birmingham on March 2.
