Captain Ed Orgee will lead Pertemps Bees on their preseason tour matches against Bridgend tomorrow and Pontypool on Sunday.

Orgee sat out last weekend's 46-12 victory over Stourbridge at Sharmans Cross Road because of a slight hamstring injury.

Former England winger Tom Beim, recruited from Viadana, is set to make his first appearance after missing the Stourbridge game.

Brothers Paul and Dave Knight, England Counties prop Matt Long, ex-Bristol centre Mike Davies, half-back Ben Harvey and centre Mike Davies, who also missed the Stourbridge victory, are in a full-strength squad.

"Everyone is fit and will play some part in the two games,"Phil Maynard, Bees' director of rugby, said. "I've always taken teams to south Wales to prepare for a season because the intensity of Welsh rugby is ideal for getting players ready for an English league season.

"Traditionally the trips have been very tough and this year will be no exception. The pressure of playing two top Welsh clubs in three days is just the sort of pressure we need ahead of our opening league games against Harlequins and Plymouth Albion next month."

The Pontypool game will pit flanker Cae Trayhern against his old club. He impressed in his first outing for Bees against Stourbridge.

Bees have a home game against Cardiff a week on Saturday.
