Three women appeared in court yesterday charged with the manslaughter of a seven-month-old boy who was taken ill at a nursery.

Dawn Wilson, Nicola Hadlington and Rebecca Lamare were granted unconditional bail when they appeared at Redditch Magistrates' Court in Worcestershire accused of killing Cameron Lindsay.

Cameron, from Bromsgrove, died in hospital in March last year, a day after being taken to hospital from the town's Sticky Fingers nursery.

He had been put in a baby rocker at the nursery and it is alleged that his head became wedged between its seat and hood.

Hadlington ( 29), of Impney Green, Droitwich, Lamare (21), of Houseman Close, Bromsgrove, and Wilson (44), of Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, must appear at Worcester Crown Court on July 5.
