A man has been taken to hospital after coming off his motorcycle just outside of Worcester.
The accident happened on the A44 in Crown East, shortly before 6am today (Monday). A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "Crews arrived to find a man who had come off his motorcycle and was sitting in the middle of the road.
"His motorcycle had suffered significant damage and part of it was in a hedge.
"The 58-year-old man, believed to be from the local area, suffered chest and arm injuries in the collision.
"Crews assessed and treated him on scene, immobilising him with a neck collar and spinal board and administering pain relief, before he was transferred by land ambulance to Worcester Royal Hospital."
