A man is due to appear in court charged over the death of a Walsall pensioner killed in a bus crash.
The 62-year-old is accused of causing the death of Jean Crump, 66, by dangerous driving.
The charge follows a collision between a single-decker bus and a double-decker bus at the exit of Walsall bus station on July 9 last year.
The buses then collided with two vans and a car, West Midlands Police said.
A 59-year-old woman pedestrian suffered serious injuries but has since been released from hospital, and three other people suffered minor injuries.
The man was charged last week and granted bail to appear at Walsall Magistrates' Court.
A police spokeswoman could not confirm if the defendant was a bus driver.
