A 20-year-old from Birmingham has pleaded not guilty to the murder of a man who was shot outside a house.
Dimitri Foskin was killed in the Newtown area of the city last August.
At Birmingham Crown Court, Dani Watson, of Seals Green, Kings Norton, denied a charge of murder.
Wearing dark clothes and with his hair in dreadlocks, Watson spoke only to confirm his name and enter his plea.
He was remanded in custody to appear again at the court on a date to be fixed, pending further evidence.
