TV celebrities, sports stars and musicians took part in the Luke Roper Golf Day and Night, at Calderfields Golf Club, in Walsall.

Among the famous faces at the charity event, which raised money for the Fashion and Textile Children's Trust, were  former footballers Dion Dublin, Dean Ashton, Mark Bright and Frank McLintock, former Arsenal manager George Graham, rugby players Matt Banahan and Shaun Perry, actors Stephen Graham (This Is England), Sam Aston (Coronation Street), Andrew Whyment (Coronation Street), TV presenter Manish Bhasin, golfer Mark Foster and musicians Andy Hopkins (The Enemy) and Reverend and The Makers.

Fashion label Luke was founded in the West Midlands in 2001 by designer Luke Roper and his business partners Deborah and Simon Poole.

Luke Roper said: 'It was great to have so many friends of the brand at the day to support Luke Roper Golf and the Fashion & Textiles Children's Trust.

"I think everyone had a lot of fun, which is what it it's all about, and thanks to all the sponsors and everyone involved.

"I can't wait for next year, it will be even bigger."
