Kenny Miller this week hinted he is ready to bury the hatchet with Wolves and come off the transfer list.
The 25-year-old Scot has been on the list for the last year having become disgruntled at being played out of position under former boss Dave Jones.
Even under Glenn Hoddle, Miller is yet to commit himself to the club, but any uncertainty has made no impact on his form as he heads into tomorrow's clash with Sheffield United the club's leading scorer with an impressive 19.
Comments this week suggest he is ready to sit down with Hoddle (should he stay), and perhaps thrash out the best way forward.
And that could be important timing given the £3m man has just one year left on his contract and could leave for nothing at the end of next season.
"Going on the list was something which happened last year but I've still played through all this season," he said.
"If the club want to sit down and talk then I'll listen."
Miller appears to be than happy with life under
Hoddle, adding: "It's going great really, the new manager coming in has been like a breath of fresh air.
"He's changed us so much and now I think we're playing some cracking stuff."
