Birmingham-based technical maintenance and management company Inviron has been acquired by Dutch firm Imtech.

Clearwater Corporate Finance advised Imtech on the deal, which was for an undisclosed sum.

Inviron has annual revenues of around £130 million and more than 1,100 employees.

Paul Jones, support services partner at Clearwater said: “Imtech has a clearly defined strategy of developing its capabilities in the provision of technical services within the UK and the acquisition of Inviron represents a key step in achieving this.

“We are delighted to have identified, introduced and advised on this acquisition for Imtech and the deal is a prime example of the advisory role that Clearwater offers to its multi-national clients”. Clearwater was originally introduced to Imtech through their IMAP partner in Belgium.
