The headteacher of a Black Country private school has died after suffering a heart attack during a meeting with parents.

The headteacher of a Black Country private school has died after suffering a heart attack during a meeting with parents.

Mark Coleman, aged 50, collapsed on Thursday evening at Mayfield Preparatory School in Sutton Road, Walsall.

Six parents, all doctors, attempted to resuscitate Mr Coleman before paramedics arrived.

He was taken to Walsall Manor Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
