Year 12 pupils in Coventry and Warwickshire are being offered one-day master classes to give them a taste of what university is all about.
The teenagers will spend a day as Coventry University undergraduates, studying any one of a range of subjects varying from law to life drawing.
The pupils will attend lectures and complete tasks normally given to first-year students on the course.
The classes offer a choice of law, life drawing, enterprise, physiology and sport science, aerospace engineering and mathematics.
Recruitment and admissions officer, Charlotte Brown, said the one-day programmes were proving very popular with pupils.
"By giving them an insight into university life we hope that they will consider continuing to higher education as a real possibility," she said.
There are six masterclasses taking place from June 14 to 28.
