Four new partners have been welcomed to Ernst & Young in Birmingham.

Mark Minihane and Mandy Pachol have been promoted to partners in the firm’s tax team, Anup Sodhi joins from London as an audit partner and Martin Holyoake becomes a partner in Advisory.

Mr Minihane started with Ernst & Young in London during 2004 and currently leads the financing and treasury team. He will continue to focus on growing the team in the Midlands as well as looking after his existing clients.

Ms Pachol moved to the firm from ICL in 2001 will be focussing on building the firm’s relationships with the region’s large corporate and international businesses.

Mr Holyoake becomes a partner having joined Ernst & Young from IBM three years ago.

Anup has spent seven years in audit in London and has worked with multi-location privately owned businesses, private equity backed entities and FTSE listed businesses. Anup is also leading the firm’s diversity and inclusiveness programme internally.
