West Midlands Police are urgently appealing for the public’s help in tracing an eight-year-old Birmingham boy who has gone missing.

Cameron Barnes, from the Handsworth area of Birmingham, left for school on Thursday morning (June 17) but didn’t turn up.

He was reported missing by his school and has yet to be found.

Cameron is aged 8 years and is described as black, slim build, around 1.35 m or 4’5’’ tall, with cropped Mohican hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing dark trousers, a red jumper, white school shirt, light blue trainers and a dark green or black coat.

West Midlands Police urge anyone with information as to his whereabouts to contact them as soon as possible on 0345 113 5000.
