All four West Midlands Premier League teams have been handed away ties against Championship opposition in the Third Round of the FA Cup.

Last year's semi-finalists Aston Villa have been drawn away to Sheffield United, while Birmingham City will have to travel to London to face 2004 finalists Millwall.

West Bromwich Albion face a return to the Madejski Stadium to play Reading, who knocked them out of last season's competition after a Fifth Round replay at The Hawthorns in February.

Mick McCarthy's Wolves, meanwhile, have been handed a trip to Doncaster Rovers.

Noel Gallagher, of Oasis, and Serge Pizzorno, of Kasabian, conducted the draw at Wembley and drew their respective teams, Manchester City and Leicester, together for a clash at the Walkers Stadium.

The only all-Premiership tie of the round saw bitter rivals Manchester United and Liverpool paired for a clash at Old Trafford.

League Two side Burton Albion have been drawn at home against Middlesbrough.

Ties will be played over the weekend of January 8 and 9.
