A popular Birmingham city centre late night café will be closing early this weekend after its appeal to keep its licence was denied by magistrates.
Mr Egg, on Hurst Street, was brought before magistrates following a review of its conditions by local authorities.
The review followed an incident in November 2009 in which 13 people were injured at the venue.
Under the new conditions the cafe will now have to close at 11pm.
