Coventry City manager Micky Adams will put the issue of players' contracts to one side this Saturday when the Sky Blues try to add momentum to their late push for the Championship play-offs.
The Sky Blues have the chance to put pressure on the sides above them in early April when, in successive Saturdays, they host sixth-placed Preston North End, then head to Molineux to meet seventh-placed Wolverhampton Wanderers.
But, before then, Coventry have to go to Gresty Road to meet bottom club Crewe Alexandra. Although, on paper, it looks like an ideal opportunity to bag three points, Adams has not forgotten that his team lost 2-1 there on the final day of last season.
That was a result that kept Crewe up on goal difference, ahead of Gillingham. Although Dario Gradi's team - ten points adrift of safety - are in even deeper trouble this time, Coventry can expect just as fierce a test.
Crewe old-boy Dele Adebola put Coventry ahead on his return to Gresty Road last May, but second-half goals from Michael Higdon and Steve Jones brought the Sky Blues' safety-clinching unbeaten run to an end.
This time, it has turned into a different story for Coventry, thanks chiefly to their inspired form at the Ricoh.
They were denied a seventh straight home league win only by David Healy's late penalty against Leeds United on Saturday.
Prior to that, the last home point they had dropped was to Crewe over Christmas, also a last-minute goal from Luke Rodgers.
This week, Adams has had to contend with discussing the futures of several players whose contracts expire this summer - most notably, Michael Doyle, Don Hutchison and Marcus Hall - but his focus is on getting revenge against Crewe.
