Dear Sir,

I am writing to encourage your readers to do something amazing in 2009 by jumping on their bikes to help children with cancer.

CLIC Sargent, the children’s cancer charity, is giving people the chance to swap their cycle helmet for a sombrero on a fantastic bike ride in Mexico! This exciting adventure covers 300kms in ten days, starting in Tehuacan City and winding through cactus reserves and ancient pyramids, before reaching the foot of North America’s highest volcano. On the final day of the challenge the group will down their bikes and white-water raft through the Rio Pescados gorge!

By getting on your bike you’ll be helping CLIC Sargent provide all-round care and support to families whose lives have been turned upside down. I support the charity because they offer such incredible support to children, young people and their families affected by childhood cancer. Please take part in the challenge - as we have done for CLIC Sargent so many times - it is truly the experience of a lifetime.

There are only a few places left for this incredible experience, so what are you waiting for? For free information pack log onto www.clicsargent.org.uk/challenges or call 0845 124 1188.
