Police have seized cannabis with a street value of £10 million, they said yesterday.

Two-and-a-half tonnes of the drug was discovered in Studley, Warwickshire.

The haul was seized in a joint Operation between Warwickshire and Greater Manchester Police on Tuesday morning.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a controlled drug.

He was questioned at Leamington Spa police station and released on police bail pending further forensic inquiries.
