Birmingham businessmen are being urged to take part in a fundraising fitness challenge next week.
The Cannon Hill Challenge event - being held in Cannon Hill Park, Edgbaston - involves a 4x1 mile relay for men's and mixed teams, and a 3x1 mile relay for women's teams.
Athletes and non-athletes of all levels are being urged to take part in the charity exercise which is raising money for Mencap and Birmingham University's athletics club. Mencap works with people who have a learning disability and their families and carers across Britain.
Entrants for the Cannon Hill Challenge are also urged to boost funds further by getting sponsorship for taking part in the event.
The event on July 6 starts at 7pm and costs £20 for men's or mixed teams or £15 for women's teams with all entrance fees split between the two beneficiaries.
