The owners of a Birmingham salon and spa devastated by a fire which caused £500,000 worth of damage have pledged to continue trading.
The Obsession salon in the Mailbox has been forced to close for three months for a major restoration and improvement programme.
The owners are hoping to reopen in time for April but Karen Wharton, managing director, said they would continue to cater for customers in the meantime.
"Our customers are the most important thing to us," she said.
"We've spent years building up our clientele and do not want to let them down. It is crucial for us to keep trading during this difficult time."
The company is offering beauty and hair treatments at various locations to provide the 'business as usual' approach.
Currently, all beauty services will be available at Le Petit Spa at Malmaison and other Obsession salons based in Lichfield and Branston will provide all the salon's hair appointments.
From March, the company's facilities will be available at the new Radisson SAS Hotel until the official reopening at the Mailbox.
Ms Wharton added: "Although the fire has been devastating for us, we've been amazed at how much support we've been given from both out customers and other businesses.
"We're so grateful to the Malmaison and the Radisson SAS hotels for the use of their facilities."
