The jury in the case of a Birmingham bank manager, two sisters and a man accused of stealing almost 500,000 from a customer, has been discharged.
The trial at Birmingham Crown Court was aborted for legal reasons following several days of evidence. It is likely to be relisted next spring.
Parminder Bhachu, 42, of Craddock Road, Smethwick, Puspaben Patel, 35, of Baldwins Lane, Hall Green, Niranjnaben Patel, 32, of Manor Road, Streetly and Satwinder Ghattaura, 42, of Woodlands Road, Moseley had all denied a charge of conspiracy to steal.
Ghattaura had also pleaded not guilty to seven further allegations of perverting the course of justice.
It was alleged Bhachu, employed as a customer business manager at Barclays Bank in Soho Road, accessed accounts belonging to Barbara Siembida without her permission.
