A 21-year-old woman has been arrested for dangerous driving after one man died and two others were taken to hospital, following a three-car smash on a Coventry road.

A 21-year-old woman has been arrested for dangerous driving after one man died and two others were taken to hospital, following a three-car smash on a Coventry road.

Police said a 25-year-old male driver was killed when the cars crashed on Rowley Road on Saturday night at about 8.55pm.

The arrested woman was due to be interviewed by officers yesterday.

Rowley Road remained closed on Saturday night and yesterday morning.
