According to the Land Registry, a house in Widney Manor Road went for £1,464,000, while one in Alderbrook Road sold for £1,095,000.
The third, which was in Warwick Road, went for just under a million pounds at £955,000.
Further kudos for Solihull has come in the form of the uSwitch Quality of Life index, which in 2013 named it as the best place to live in the United Kingdom.
