A new late-night cocktail bar is to open in Birmingham next month.
Be At One, housed in the former Churchills basement snooker club in Stephenson Street at the back of Piccadilly Arcade, will open its doors on May 12.
The bar is part of a chain which currently has 31 venues across the UK including Bath, Bristol and Cardiff and 19 in London.
The bar will be open until 3am every day except Sundays (12am close).
Last month, the company opened its latest bar in Manchester.
Be At One is renowned for its quite staggering range of more than 150 weird and wonderful flavoured cocktails - which each fall in four different types - classic, signature, modern, virtuous and virgin.
On the menu look out for enticing named concoctions such as Banana banchee, Brazilian monk, Japanese slipper, Russian spring punch, devil in disguise and flame haired vixen!
The chain was founded by Steve Locke, Leigh Miller and Rhys Oldfield in 1998.
Co-founder Steve Locke said: “We are very focused on providing a world class guest experience, which we deliver through our bartenders, in-house training and an extensive range of cocktails.
“Be At One is a cocktail institution, providing great service and unbeatable party atmosphere, and most importantly with a pretentious free attitude. Birmingham is a major step for us, the city has a thriving cocktail scene and one we are very excited about joining”.
A spokesperson added: "The cocktail bar’s arrival has created 18 new jobs in the city and the team are all home-grown talents hired for their party-loving personalities and passion for Birmingham.
"Each bartender will undergo the industry-renowned Be At One intensive bar training, which focuses on high-quality bartending, knowledge and skills.
Be At One will be the only bar in the arcade which is owned by Hortons' Estate and also houses Faculty Coffee and 16 Bakery.
