A Warwickshire web development company is launching new master classes to teach aspiring entrepreneurs the tricks of the internet trade.

Rugby-based Zarr Internet Services will unveil its new day-long courses when it moves to new premises in the town this summer as part of its ongoing expansion.

Managing director Hannah Reynolds said the firm decided to start the courses after enjoying enormous success at the Business Startup Exhibition at Birmingham's NEC earlier this month.

Hannah said: "We caused a real stir at the Business Startup Exhibition and our approach to operating webbased business struck a chord with many visitors. After the event we thought that launching courses for people to attend to gain more practical advice was the natural way forward."

At the NEC event the company, whose staff dressed as chefs, handed out special recipe cards highlighting ingredients for success, such as identifying clear objectives, website infrastructure and methods of managing sales and include insider knowledge from successful online businesses.

They also handed out more than 2,000 Zarr cup cakes to help visitors digest the information.

The cards proved immensely popular and Hannah, who was schedule to give a seminar on running a successful online business, ended up giving three talks over two days due to demand.

Hannah added: "In addition to giving out recipe cards, more than 150 people also downloaded it which proves that our recipe for online success is a winner.

"The master classes that we are going to launch, when we move to our new premises at the end of the summer, will elaborate on the information on the recipe cards and give budding entrepreneurs even more of an insight in how to become a success."

Zarr Internet Services was set up by Hannah and husband Mark in Rugby five years ago and specialises in database-driven websites.

In its first year Zarr was featured in the BT Vision 100 Index for the top 100 visionary companies in the UK. Its clients include manufacturers, retailers and professional services.

The company has grown steadily and handles clients in a variety of industries from professional services to retailers and manufacturers.
