Accountant Hazlewoods, which has offices in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Staverton, has appointed Shokat Zaman as a senior manager on its family and corporate business team.
Based at the Staverton office, Mr Zaman joins from Ernst & Young in Birmingham where he worked as an audit manager specialising in the strategic development for growth of large ownermanaged businesses coupled with merger and acqusition advice.
His role also involved working with with overseas owned subsidiary companies in the UK ranging from £5 million to £150 million turnover providing appropriate accounting, audit and taxation advice as necessary.
