Birmingham firm Wyatt International has been appointed by Terex Pegson and Powerscreen to develop and align their brands as part of a long term strategy to link the sales and marketing operations.
Terex Pegson and Powerscreen are sister companies, which combined to achieve the world number one position in mobile crushing and screening equipment.
Edgbaston-based Wyatt, the branding and communications specialist, won a competitive pitch to overhaul the companies’ international branding and communications, helping them support their global network of dealers and distributors and communicate more clearly with customers in the quarry, mining and recycling markets.
Nicola Killen, who is heading up the initiative for Terex Pegson and Powerscreen, said: “The challenge is to improve and modernise the image for the joint companies to reflect the positive changes that we have made to the business.
“We wanted clear and consistent branding for all our global marketing and an improved portfolio of marketing tools for all our dealers. Wyatt International demonstrated a clear understanding of our requirements and this, combined with their extensive experience in similar branding projects, made them the ideal partner to work with us.”
