Stratford-upon-Avon-based Woolley and Co has welcomed two new recruits.

John Barklam, aged 32, is a collaborative law expert based in Worcester whose approach aims to avoid families going through the trauma of breakup having to go to court.

He is also an expert in all other aspects of family law including relationship agreements, pre-nuptial contracts and custody cases.

Also with the firm is family law specialist Davina Warrington, who has established a new arm of Woolley & Co in Burton-on-Trent.

Ms Warrington, aged 27, from Burton, says there are an increasing number of unmarried couples seeking legal advice as they want their relationship to be formally recorded in case something goes wrong.
