hghghghghghgA Warwickshire law firm is offering debt recovery clients the chance to keep an even closer eye on their case on the web.
Wright Hassall, which is based in Leamington, introduced Solcase Online two years ago, which enabled clients to check the progress of their debts via the internet.
The 200-strong firm has upgraded the service so that every communication relating to the client's case can be monitored.
The free service means that Wright Hassall's pursuit of bad debts can be followed every step of the way.
Jayne Lees, manager of the debt recovery department at Wright Hassall, said: "We have had excellent feedback about the service over the past couple of years.
"We are keen to maintain personal contact with clients but our online service has been a useful timesaving tool.
"Clients have a secure password and have been able to access information so they can follow the case for themselves.
"The new and improved service means they can literally keep tabs on every stage of the case.
"It is also a good way for us to show that we are taking all the necessary steps which offers peace of mind to the client."
