Bullring has launched its 2014 Christmas ad campaign which has been designed by the company behind the world-famous Wallace and Grommit animated characters.

Called There Are Many Sides of Bullring, Aardman Animations has worked with advertising agency Isobel to create the campaign which features a 13ft fully-automated mechanical model designed to showcase the centre's different retailers.

The campaign consists of TV advertising on ITV Central with appearances in key slots including Coronation Street, I'm a Celebrity and The X Factor, as well as radio, outdoor, online and in-centre advertising.

Bullring general manager Tim Walley said: "Our previous campaign, We Are So City, was a roaring success, which produced some excellent results for the centre, so we wanted to build on this success.

"Working with Isobel and Aardman Animations, we have now been able to evolve the campaign to bring to life the excitement and buzz that our centre offers."

Daniel Cohen, director at Aardman Animations added: "When so much nowadays is created by computers, it was refreshing to build something unique by hand."
