Vendaid Automatic Caterers, one of the Midlands leading vending firms, has been sold to the Autobar Group.
Autobar is one of Europe's largest vending organisations.
Vendaid, based on the Gregston Industrial Estate in Oldbury, supplies a wide range of drinks, snacks, food, cans and water vending machines to businesses mainly throughout the Black Country and West Midlands.
The company has been trading for almost 40 years and employs 21 staff.
Hawkins Hatton, the Dudley-based law firm, acted for Vendaid's owners Norman Wheeler and Marion Collins, working with accountant Stephen Ward from Michael Dufty Partnership.
