Two local businesses have managed to bottle success, after joining forces to expand their product range.
Adhok, a Worcester-based business importing hand made bottles from Hungary, and Borderlands Liqueurs from Shobdon in Herefordshire have teamed up to create a new range of liqueurs packaged in special bottles.
Originally sold at craft shows and fairs, the product has now attracted interest from farther afield.
Adrienn Cushing, owner of Adhok, said: "Some of the bottles are bottles within a bottle, which means that two different products can be sold as one - for example oil and vinegar.
" I have now been approached by a small distillery on the Isle of Arran, interested in using the bottles for its malt."
Owner of Borderlands Liqueurs, Diana Jones - who has been bottling a wide range of liqueurs including sloe gin, cherry vodka, ginger and whisky and apricot brandy for the past year - has also been approached by a firm interested in using the liqueurs as corporate gifts.
Ms Jones said: "I'd been looking for ways of presenting our liqueurs and Adrienn was looking for opportunities to put different products in the bottles she was importing. We realised we had a common interest!"
