F&C Property Asset Management has let Unit 1, Broadwalk Retail Park in Walsall to Internacionale at a record rent for the park of £15 per sq ft.
The 10,443 sq ft unit will trade as Au Naturale on a 15 year lease. With more than 100 stores across the UK, Au Naturale is one of Britain's fastest growing retailers of funky and stylish accessories for the home.
The 134,844 sq ft park is already home to 17 other tenants, including JJB Sports, Toymaster, Sharps Bedrooms, Carpetright, Comet, Halfords, Matalan, Pets at Home, Farm Foods and McDonalds. The total rent for the park is approximately £1.4 million per annum.
George Cotton, F&C Property's head of out of town retail, said: "Au Naturale is a great addition to the tenant line up at Broadwalk Park, with its accessories, kitchenware and soft furnishings complementing the bulkier goods retailers such as Sharps and Carpetright already trading well here.
"Broad Walk Park is already a popular out of town retail destination, close to Bescott and the M6 and we see it as an important asset for the fund with strong growth potential."
