A major office building at the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon has been sold in a #1.7 million deal.
IM Properties has bought the freehold investment of 11, Elm Court, Arden Street from Pettifer Estates.
The property is a detached three-storey office building totalling 7,000 sq ft with comfort cooling and 17 on-site car parking spaces.
Leamington-based agents Evans Hardy Bromwich acted for Pettifer Estates along with joint agents Wareing & Co. Jones Lang Lasalle in Birmingham represented IM Properties.
The property is currently let to Buchannon Clark & Wells plc for 15 years from 2003.
Tom Bromwich, of Evans Hardy Bromwich, said there was satisfaction all round following the deal.
