Property developer St Modwen has moved its head office and Midlands regional team from Hagley Road, Birmingham, to Quinton Business Park alongside the M5 near Junction 3 on the south west side of the city.
The group, which also has offices in London, Stoke-on-Trent, Warrington, Bristol and Leeds, has taken the 10,000 sq ft second floor of Sir Stanley Clarke House, a 30,000 sq ft office building named after Sir Modwen's charismatic founder who died last year.
Derek West, who is responsible for the Quinton Business Park project, said: "We have moved to take advantage of the location's excellent road communications which is of great assistance to our staff travelling around the West Midlands."
St Modwen has submitted a planning application for a 50,000 sq ft third phase at the business park comprising three buildings following the success of the 50,000 sq ft second phase.
