Youth homelessness charity St Basil's is appealing for Birmingham businesspeople to help raise funds by running the 2009 London Marathon.
The charity has three spare passes on offer for people who have missed out on the public ballot to get tickets, joining three others running for the charity including Matt Green, a manager for St Basil's.
St Basil's fundraiser Steve Rainbow said: “St Basil's needs over half a million pounds a year to keep going.
“We have various fundraising events and try to have a representation at most of the big runs. These three places can help raise money for the work that is needed to continue.”
He added that charities are encouraged to tell runners they must raise a minimum of £1,000.
St Basil's is one of the largest agencies in the United Kingdom working with young people who may be homeless or at risk of homelessness.
