A football tournament to encourage youngsters into careers in manufacturing and engineering is due to be held at Birmingham City's ground later this month.
The event, which will take place at St Andrews on May 22, will feature a careers fair where a number of local firms will be offering guidance to anyone interested in career opportunities within the engineering industry.
It has been supported by Stourbridge-based Jonathan Lee Recruitment, and organised by EEF West Midlands and the West Midlands Industrial Club.
EEF West Midlands is the largest employers' association in the region for engineering, manufacturing and technology-based industries and provides the administration and running costs of the West Midlands Industrial Club, which is a not for profit registered charity.
The aims of WMIC are to ensure there is a supply of talented young people available and wishing to seek careers in engineering and manufacturing.
The Club is funded through charitable contributions from industry and other supporting organisations.
